NiroSan® Universal-Schallschutz für Edelstahl-Doppelwandscheiben 9478GZ+91478GZ - Rohrleitungssystem aus hochwertigen NiroSan®-Pressfittings (Edelstahlfittings) mit einer Formteildichtung aus EPDM (Ethylen-Propylen-Dien-Kautschuk) und NiroSan®-Edelstahl-Rohren nach DVGW-Arbeitsblatt GW 541 bzw. DIN EN 10312. Alle NiroSan®-Edelstahlfittings werden aus den Werkstoffen 1.4404 / AISI 316L (Formteile aus Edelstahl) und 1.4408 (Gewindeteile, Edelstahl-Feinguss) gefertigt. Der Werkstoff enthält mindestens 2,3 % Molybdän und weist einen geringeren Kohlenstoffanteil als der konventionelle Werkstoff 1.4401 auf. Damit ist er nicht nur gleichwertig zu diesem Edelstahl, sondern überzeugt durch seine deutlich höhere Korrosionsresistenz. Das NiroSan®-Presssystem ist geprüft nach den DVGW-Arbeitsblättern GW 541 und W 534 und zugelassen von DVGW, ÖVGW, SVGW sowie allen namhaften europäischen Zertifizierungsstellen. Die NiroSan®-Serie 9000 ist auch in einer speziellen LABS*- und silikonfreien Ausführung mit EPDM-Dichtring und in einer separaten Verpackung erhältlich.

Branchen, die mit extrem hohem Druck oder Vakuum arbeiten, verwenden am häufigsten verstärkte Schläuche.Unverstärkte Schläuche werden üblicherweise in Niederdruck- und Nicht-Vakuum-Prozessen verwendet.

Aufbau: Balg mit Anschlussteilen (drehbare Flansche) Bewegungsaufnahme: Axiale, laterale, angulare sowie überlagerte Bewegungsaufnahmen sind möglich. Zur Aufnahme großer Bewegungen werden Universal-Kompensatoren mit zwei Bälgen und Zwischenrohr eingesetzt. Festpunkte: Zur Aufnahme der Axialkräfte sind stabile Rohrleitungsfestpunkte und eine fachgerechte Rohrleitungsführung notwendig.

Die Rohrwalzen der Baureihen BR 30 & BR 40 sind baugleich der K+B Serien Baureihe 80-86, sowie der Baureihen T55 & T56 a+b.

The installation system consists of high-quality NiroSan® Gas press fittings with yellow moulded sealing rings made of HNBR (hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber) and NiroSan® stainless steel system pipes according to EN 10312, DVGW-Arbeitsblatt GW 541 and EN 10312. All NiroSan® Gas press fittings are made of the material 1.4404 / AISI 316L (for moulded fittings) and 1.4408 (for threaded fittings and stainless steel precision castings). The material contains at a minimum of 2.3 % molybdenum and a lower carbon content than the conventional steel quality 316. Thereby these materials are not only of equal value but in addition, material 1.4404 / 316L stands out on account of its considerably higher corrosion resistance. The NiroSan® Gas press system is certified in accordance with and all important European certification bodies.
